Meet with customers and target accounts frequently to build and maintain a strong working relationship with them, and be their trusted advisor for the best Service projects
Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales revenue and profit targets
Provide timely accurate feedback on business opportunities, and identify potential customer issues before they occur
Maintain existing client relationships at satisfactory levels, and identify new sales opportunities with existing customers to build and grow the accounts
Build relationships and close business with new target accounts
Develop value engineering solutions, present, and close proposals
Track maintain customer account information and expense reporting
Contact any pay per lead contacts and web based requests as quickly as possible

Capture/Update customer’s information such as name, address, phone number and
Maintain record of contacts/leads and associated revenue generated IE: sales spreadsheets
Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously, while possibly researching product information or on an inbound/outbound call
Schedule/dispatch incoming sales leads for Residential/commercial HVAC, heating and air conditioning
Compile weekly lead source reports
