JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a full-time Software Help Desk/Customer Success Specialist that will enable our end users to love using our product!

We develop and manage an internal, custom software system that runs a national field service company. This system has become integral to the company's operations and requires ongoing support, maintenance and Upgrade to see actual info this role you will provide a great level of customer service and software support to end users and communicate new features.

Responsibilities:

*Provide technical assistance and support for incoming tickets with issues relating to user error, bugs, feature requests and more

*Assist with ongoing data management tasks to include importing records, configuring settings, purging old records, etc.

*Work with end users and manager stakeholders to help with new feature implementation and adoption

*Perform minor bug fixes

*Create documentation to support both the end users and developers

*Create application screenshot video tutorials

*Maintain a high level of responsiveness to ensure that issues are satisfied in a timely manner and communicate politely so that users feel they are set up for success


Working hours will be Monday - Friday 7am-4pm PHT (1 hour lunch break can't be taken before 11am PHT)

Required Skills:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
*Technical knowledge - Knowledge of low code strategies and automation tools such as Upgrade to see actual info, Upgrade to see actual info, Zapier and Integromat. Experience configuring and managing a CMS. HTML, CSS & Javascript knowledge a plus.

*Experience in a Help Desk capacity utilizing ticket management software

*Interest in new technologies

*Excellent Communicator - speak and write English clearly and succinctly

*Strong Attention to Detail

Compensation:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
$35,000PHP monthly salary + 13th Month
*Paid national Regular Holidays (10 days) and national Special Holidays (8 days)
*Paid Vacation Days (7 days per year)
*Health Insurance Contributions after 60 Days ($3,000PHP per month)
*Retirement Plan contribution after 1 Year (1 month’s salary annual contribution / 14th Month Pay)
