JOB OVERVIEW

Virtual Assistant Wanted (Wordpress Text Entry, Social Media/Blog Posting, Pinterest Pin Creation & Descriptions)

I am looking to hire a VA (team member) on a permanent basis to help me with assembling and posting content and course creation for my health and wellness WordPress website (Upgrade to see actual info) devoted to fermentation and gut health. Are you?

- Curious and do you love to learn?
- Good at troubleshooting and figuring things out?
- Organized and efficient?

You will be doing a variety of tasks, almost all of which I will create tutorials for you.

Successful applicant would initially be available 10 hours weekly and eventually 20 hours weekly and skilled in the use of (or ability and desire to learn):

- Wordpress Gutenberg editor
- Pinterest
- Tailwind
- Canva
- Photo compression software (prefer Photoshop)
- SmarterQueue
- Google Docs and Google Sheets

Some things I have in mind for you to do in the immediate future is,

- Enter recipes from Google Doc into WordPress.
- Compress edited photos in Photoshop or similar photo editing software.
- Upload photos and social media images into WordPress Media Library, naming and entering alt text.
- Create social media images based upon the style of my blog using a set of provided images.
- Schedule social media images descriptions with appropriate hashtags.
- Add data to Google sheets and Trello.

Some photoshop and Canva skills are a plus as I will have you do some of this, but I will teach you just about everything you need to know.
