Product Sourcing from China - Experienced Price Negotiator

We are a fast growing USA company and launching 50+ new products in high-price range.
We find the factories on alibaba with products we want to sell, and your main objective will be to negotiate the price down.
Each of our first orders most of the time is a 40hq container. You will get 3% commission from the price difference that you bring it down from the original proforma invoice.
We are looking for someone with experience, we will not train.
