Esignature PHP Codeigniter Programmer Needed

We are seeking someone experienced that can design and develop an esignature application similar to docusign.

Program must be able to take an uploaded document and convert it to a format in which we can add variable field place holders and insert data from multiple database tables.
(Customer name, address, Business name, etc)

We must also be able to collect and attach a signature to that document for e-filling of digital contracts.

We are currently using codeigniter as our framework
