Small Business in the Wholesale E-commerce industry, selling on Amazon / Shopify / Ebay // B2B
Responsibilities
- Reconcile Statements and assign them to the right job
- Audit Returns
- Help with Disputes with vendors
- bookkeeping for small business, with the daily management of receivables and payables in QuickBooks
- Monitoring customer payments and initiating follow-up as needed for past-due accounts
- Send out Purchase Orders, Send out Invoices and Sales Orders
- Tracking raw materials and parts inventory and re-ordering as needed to ensure appropriate quantities are on hand;
- Incoming Calls Customers / Outgoing Calls from Vendors
- Performing Credit / Background Checks on Customers case by case
Requirements:
* Microsoft Office - exposed
* Quick books - Advance Knowledge * Mandatory
* Past AP/AR Knowledge
* English Speaking // Understanding
* Updated
Preferred:
- Zendesk Support
Essential Qualifications:
- Reliable updated workstation/ antivirus
- Internet stable environment
Hours of Operation:
Mon – Friday : 8:00am – 5:00pm Central time -6 Houston Texas USA
