Our Real Estate company is currently looking for an Accounting Virtual Assistant with Property Management experience to support our Executive team. Ideally, it will be someone who is detail-oriented, works well under pressure and can learn new things
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Preferably with 1 to 2 years of Accounting Experience. (would be nice if you have Property Management experience)
- Excellent English Communication Skills- both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently, with little to no supervision.
- Organized and must be able to manage multiple priorities.
- Courteous ,friendly and confident in interacting with different individuals, both inside the organization and external contacts.
- Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures.
- Capability in analyzing large amounts of data and to creating/compiling detailed financial reports.
SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE:
- Propertyware
- Gsuite Applications (Sheets, Docs, Forms, Hangouts, Gdrive, etc)
- Quickbooks Accounting Software
- Gmail and other
- experience with other CRMs
HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 MBPS or higher Internet Subscription (Hardwired- DSL, Cable or Fiber)
- An up to date computer workstation (at least an Pentium i3-CPU or equivalent with 4 GB of RAM
- Good working headset (preferably a noise-cancelling variant) and webcam.
- Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
