MERN Developer

Company Description
We are a new company just starting out that will be working on a variety of projects. So expect a lot of variety. We are working for a full-time senior MERN dev that will be in charge of web-based products. They will be working solo initially with the possibility of working along with a larger team to build-out projects.

Project Description
The role would consist of work on two projects. The first is a backend for a phone app. It is a language-based game that helps teach languages. You will work alongside an iOS and Android dev team to build out the backend for the app and eventually help develop the web-based version of the game working on the same backend.

The second project is a project management suite built that will need to be built end to end in stages. The project will include authentication systems with role and company assignment, form systems, and various other features.


Tasks and Responsibilities:
Your focus initially will be primarily on the development of NodeJs, Express, MongoDB based backends for web applications and API systems.
You will be building out basic front ends using React
You will be troubleshooting product issues
