Part-time PHP Developer with CakePHP Experience Needed

We are a dynamic new startup building a digital course comparison site in Singapore.

Full Stack Developer

We are looking to hire a full stack developer on a part-time arrangement. The candidate’s main focus will be to design, implement enhancements to our website. 80% of your time is expected to be around building new capabilities on the site. 20% or less of your time would be to perform bug fixes and maintenance activities on the site.

The role will be entirely remote, giving you the flexibility of working from Upgrade to see actual infondidate’s Experience

The candidate will need to have experience with CakePHP framework as the base of our site is already constructed with CakePHP. About 80% of the product has been developed and we are looking for an experienced web developer to complete the remaining functionalities before launch.

Key Skills Required:
Proficient with PHP, HTML5, JavaScript, JQuery, JSON, REST API, XML, AJAX, BootStrap and CSS3
Experience working with the MVC Framework CakePHP
Experience working with external APIs such as Twilio, Twitter, Facebook, etc
Hands-on experience in MYSQL databases
Optimization SEO/Content/Website Speed, Web security
Document deliverables

Desirable Skills:
Experience in Agile development methodology
Experience with WordPress development
Experience with BitBucket and other code repositories
Experience with Rollbar error management
Experience with Trello
Experience with Bootstrap
