JOB OVERVIEW

Spark Real Estate is looking for a Content Creator / Social Media Manager to write and publish various types of pieces for our company’s web pages, blogs, ebooks, and social media posts.

4 hours/ day in PST, weekends off, non-flexible hours (hours will increase to 6 or full time depending on performance)

Responsibilities:
- researching on real estate industry-related topics
- write and publish well-structured and engaging contents to be published in company website and social media platforms
- edit and proofread written pieces before publication
- coordinate with the team to illustrate articles

Qualifications:
- proven work experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, Copywriter, or similar role. preferably in the real estate industry
- must have a portfolio of published / unpublished pieces
- excellent writing and proofreading skills in English and has an ability to fact-check long-form content pieces

The Ideal Candidate must be willing to work on a shifting schedule (US PST) and can commit 100% of their time during office hours
