Project Manager for Website Development

We are looking for a design-focused website Project Manager who will manage and lead the web development processes (end to end) for our client’s portfolio by using our web platform (Duda.co). It will be considered a plus if you have also experience managing Projects by using Wix, SquareSpace and similar platforms

Despite this is a leadership role, you will need to get your hands dirty (designing the most outstanding websites in DUDA.co when needed)

General Responsibilities and Duties:
-Define and Manage the Project Plan for web development projects that go from the requirements analysis, templates customization and finally to the delivery of the web product.
-Lead the design/development process (end to end) by working with a team of graphic designers, writers, SEO experts, and web developers by implementing best practices and a consistent Project Plan.
-Work to find and solve any problems/issues by managing risks and defining the appropriate mitigation plans
-Supervise a team of web professionals by developing effective training procedures (DUDA seminars, web development best practices, etc), appropriate task assignments (planning, resource allocation, budget, etc), positive customer experiences, and top quality control milestones (Client NPS is a key success factor).
-Generate periodic project status reports to be presented to company stakeholders; detailed portfolio status updates (KPIs).
-Take on new and unproven tasks in order to develop new business ideas and opportunities that help lead the company to future success.

Minimum Qualifications:
-At least 3 years of experience managing projects (as a PM) in a creative setting/environment (preferably by using the DUDA.co Platform, but not mandatory)
-Delegate, coach, coordinate and lead co-workers and project team members (remotely distributed team)
-Ability to manage many different projects and meet deadlines consistently (dynamic fast-paced environment.)
-Analytical, detail-oriented and a self-starter
-Can-do attitude with passion for everything you do.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
-Must be able to work between 9 am-4 pm (EST) M-F.
