Technical Recruiter

Need go-getter and team player who is incredibly independent and accountable to post jobs on behalf of clients, conduct research on job boards, company web sites etc. Need to be able to post jobs, asses resume quality, conduct brief interviews, pick top candidates, scrub resumes, and present candidates internally and to our clients. Ability to recruit passive candidates through phone calls, emails, and general relationship-building. This will extend to a full time long term position for the right candidate. You may also from time to time get the job description from the client which requires great English skills and comprehension.
