JOB OVERVIEW

We are a Software as a Service company that provides a hosting solution for WordPress web sites. We work with WordPress professionals such as developers and agencies. We are a growing company that is expanding our Customer Support team and are looking for self-motivated, dedicated people who are willing to learn as they build a long-term career with the company.

You will be working on the Customer Support team handling support tickets. You will be required to communicate with the client as their support ticket comes in, assess the ticket, use problem solving skills and prior experiences to resolve the ticket OR follow the proper procedure to escalate the ticket if you cannot resolve it yourself.

Applicants MUST have great written and spoken English Upgrade to see actual infomunication and follow up is essential to this job position. Knowledge of WordPress is a definite plus but not a must.
