The Sales Rep will be responsible for prospecting through the company’s lead generation channels and closing deals over

- This will include minimal tech customer support, making sure customers have access to what they purchased, ensuring a smooth onboarding process, etc.
- Following up with prospects and re-engaging when they ghost
- Making offers to high quality leads
- Following up with existing clients to check in, continue engaging the relationship, and upsell into next offer
- Working with the marketing team to improve messaging and positioning
- Managing and tracking data in the company’s CRM software and KPI Dashboard
- Creating new sales processes or making improvements to current systems
