Amazon FBA assistant

I currently requiring an FBA assistant to help with starting an Amazon FBA single account. I require the assistant to be able to run an Amazon FBA account, understand shipping and ability to deal with suppliers. Must be able to do product research for trending products and and source the items from suppliers bringing it to sale on Amazon. You must have drive and determination to succeed. If we can together build the FBA account and run it in profit there will be an incentive bonus scheme available to the right candidate on top of month salary. I am looking for a long term trustworthy person to add to my team.

Skill Requirements:
-Product Research and Sourcing
-Market Research on Amazon
-Find a good long-lasting suppliers
-Create and optimize Amazon listings
-Create an FBA shipping plan
-Fulfillment and Restocking of Products
-Customer Service
-Having at least 3+ years experience with Amazon
-Very good verbal and written English.
-Maintains excellent relationships with suppliers,
-Assist with finding a product
-Market Research on Amazon
-Find a supplier
-Create and optimize Amazon listings
-Create an FBA shipping plan
