3d character Animator

We are excited to embark on an innovative 3D animated sitcom project and are in search of a talented animator to bring our vision to life. This project features a recurring character who remains in the same setting across episodes, with variations in the script and minor changes in scenarios.



Project Details:



Duration of each episode: 1-2 minutes

Format: 3D animation

Theme:Sitcom-style series, with a humorous tone and a consistent setting.



Additional Requirements:



Proficiency in 3D animation-, with a portfolio that showcases your ability to create engaging character animations.

Strong storytelling skills- and experience leading animated projects from conception through execution, particularly for short videos of 1-2 minutes.

Ability to take direction- and transform scripts into compelling visual narratives that resonate with audiences.

Experience in managing and executing animation projects-, ensuring that every episode is delivered with high quality and adheres to the thematic continuity.

Ability to work with script variations- while maintaining continuity in character and setting.

Comfortable receiving payments in Bitcoin (BTC)-, as we are a crypto-friendly organization.

Interest and capacity to engage in a long-term relationship-, as we aim to produce multiple episodes following the pilot.



Important Note: If your experience is solely in product 3D modeling or virtual reality and you have never actually created a 3D animated video featuring characters, please do not apply. We require someone with relevant experience in character animation, as we do not intend to be the training ground for first-time animation of this sort.



Additional Note: If you apply but fail to follow our specific guidelines on what to submit, even if you are highly talented, it will not work for us. We require individuals who can clearly follow directions; if you do not adhere to the application guidelines from the start, we are likely not a good match.



Job Offer:



Initial Task: Produce the first episode based on specific guidelines. This includes leading the project, from storyboarding to final animation, ensuring that the episode is engaging and meets the project’s standards.

Continuation: Pending successful collaboration on the pilot, the same animator will be hired for subsequent episodes

Payment: Please provide your rate for the first episode and subsequent episodes. We value transparency and wish to establish a clear understanding of costs from the outset.
