Virtual Assistant With Sales Skills

**Job Brief*

We are looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant to set appointments and support the CEO.

You will work at home part-time Monday to Friday from 4 pm to 8 pm.

We sell an automated Chatbot and Digital marketing service to business owners and website owners.

**Responsibilities**

1. Source potential clients and set appointments for the CEO.

2. Answer incoming calls from prospective customers

3. Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements

4. Record the customer’s personal information accurately in our CRM system

**Requirements

-Proven experience as a VA
-Proven track record of sales experience over the phone
-Able to quickly learn our CRM system
-Excellent communication skills
-Highly proficient in English
-No qualifications required but you must have a reliable computer and internet connection
-You must be persistent and results-oriented and able to put in 4hours of consistent work each day
-You must be able to work without any family or other disruptions

NOTE: You must not use illegal Windows software on your computer

**Benefits and Salary

-This excellent position can easily earn you USD$1,300 per month if you hit the reasonable set targets.

-Basic salary is USD$200 per month part-time
-Commission per qualified appointment is USD$10 each
-Commission per sale from an appointment is an additional USD$25 each

You are expected to set at least 2 qualified appointments per day, which means you would earn an extra $40 per day or approximately 4 x 25 days = 50 x $10 = USD$500 per month

Our close rate from quality appointments is 50% so you would earn an extra 25 x $25 = USD$625 per month

Total on target earnings are USD$1,325 per month

This is a very conservative example and you should be able to exceed these targets with a positive attitude
