JOB OVERVIEW

This job is ideal for you if you are already at the computer during working hours in the USA and are available to answer a low volume of phone calls, chats, and emails. Workload will increase with time.

We are an e-commerce business looking for an expert in customer service
The communication will be mainly from customers regarding products, orders, shipment, etc. and from vendors that work with us.

Key requirements are:

- Polite & kind
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Amazing people skills
- Problem-solving ability
- Self-directed and able to work without supervision
- Have experience in customer service for e-commerce
- Understand how Shopify works

- Excellent Internet connection
- Quiet working space
- Able to work during US working hours: Mon-Fri 9-5 EST (night time in the Philipines)

This is a relatively new business so what we are looking for is:

- A superior representative to give amazing support to our customers
- A long term team member to continuously give more hours and grow with our business.
- A low workload is expected at first maybe between 1-2 hours per day depending on the number of calls. Tasks and responsibilities will increase in the future for the right applicant.
