JOB OVERVIEW

We are Bubble Style Company - A startup company working on the Cross-border Ecommerce industry focusing on Print-On-Demand and Drop-Shipping business models. We are always on the look-out for talented individuals to join our Upgrade to see actual info order to provide extraordinary services to our customers, we need to work with extraordinary people to create and deliver them, people like you.
We are looking for 1 experienced Customer Support Leader to start working on June 1st, 2020.


1. As a full time staff, you will be working:
- 40 working hours/ week
- Monday - Friday: 12 AM - 8AM Philippines time ( 9 AM - 5 PM Los Angeles PDT)
- 30 mins - 1 hour break

2. We offer good package for right person:
- Net salary: $800 - $1000/ month, but open to negotiation.
- Monthly bonus on top for highly performing staff.
- Initial training and full support from Manager and coworkers.

3. Job duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- P of your time: Working on supporting tickets.
- P of your time: Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing Customer Support team.
- Write SOP and build training resources.
- Give directions and train new staff.
- Provide ongoing training to all staff to make sure our services are always delivered remarkably to valued customers.
- Ensure your team delivers their job in a professional and timely manner.
- Develop current working procedures and execute key initiatives that improve our services.

4. Potential candidates:
- Hold an Associate/ Bachelor degree in any major
- English ability: C1 level or above, Perfect written and spoken English
- 1+ years advanced Customer Support Leadership experience.
- Prefer candidates experiencing Shopify, Print On Demand, Dropshipping.
- Be familiar and comfortable working on Zendesk/Freshdesk/Trello/Asana...
- Willing to work on night shift.
- Strong work ethic with a talent for bringing out the best in others.
- Highly empathetic, and committed to developing a great team.
- Be able to connect with a high speed internet and working computer to use for your work.
