JOB OVERVIEW

We are a busy start up company looking for a Customer Support Specialist. This person would promptly answer support tickets and help customers with their orders. They would also be taking inbound calls and placing outbound calls. They would also engage in live chat with customers and moderate our social media pages. Ideal candidate has experience in handling customer refunds and complaints in a professional manner. 3 to 5 years experience in a call center or in a customer service environment desired.
