JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Client Support Assistant for an E-commerce website.


Responsibilities:

Handles customer service through phone/email.

Updating tracking files.

Work with the Supply Chain to coordinate with importing.

Other admin duties

Qualifications:

2 years of proven work experience in customer service preferably in an e-commerce Upgrade to see actual infomunication: The client Support Assistant need to be able to speak and write English well.

Attention to Detail: Finding the right information takes concentration.

Expert in Google & Microsoft Applications.
