We're looking to hire an Online Marketing and Advertising Specialist to set up ads for the company and its brands. Must have a lot of experience and multiple examples of his/her work. We're looking for someone to work with us as a freelance position but may lead to part-time or full-time depending on the workload.
Job Description:
The Online Marketing and Advertising Specialist is responsible for setting up, optimizing, and reporting on digital advertising campaigns for the company. This position is primarily focused on social media ads and paid search ads within Google and
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver short and long-term digital marketing strategies to achieve wider business goals
- Grow the volume of new customers while increasing the efficiency across all digital channels
- Setup and ongoing optimization and management of PPC/Digital Advertising campaigns for multiple clients
- Management of ad budgets, A/B testing ad creatives, keyword research, setting up audiences, and optimizing for conversions
and KPIs
- Analysis of campaign data and reporting on recommendations and strategy on a monthly basis
- Management of ad budgets, text ad creative, and keyword research
- Perform digital advertising audits
- Ability to manage multiple ads and tasks with an effective resolution of conflicting priorities
- Ability to communicate professionally on calls and via
- Actively collaborate with the team to align digital advertising campaigns with other ongoing initiatives
- Ensure implementation of best practice guidelines and follow company processes
- Must be a team player that is also comfortable working independently
- Driven, forward-thinking individual with the ability to come up with creative digital advertising solutions
The skills/qualifications we are looking for:
- Google Ads account management experience required
- Write the subject Hubspot Online Advertising Specialist
- Google Analytics experience a plus
- Knowledge of Retargeting/Remarketing, Display, and Media/Video Advertising
- Knowledge of SEO, online search mediums and social media and an understanding of how all of these channels work together with advertising is a plus
- Extensive experience and knowledge of Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Instagram, YouTube,
- Copywriting and design skills are a plus
