JOB OVERVIEW

I need someone experienced in the following techniques:

1) Article marketing (placing ads on craigslist, backpages, oodle, etc)

2) Adept at "copy & paste' or otherwise grabbing a photo of a house for sale off a site, and placing that photo into a "flyer-ad" on www.Postlets.com, with my website URL on it, to drive prospects to my Real Estate website.

3) Social Media: to write short posts to my social media pgs (Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin, etc) to build up a fan base.

4) WordPress: I need a blog soon, have not decided on which subject yet, I have 2 I'm considering. Then, write short articles to post on there, 1 or 2 a week (500 words ea.) . Need to post "videos' on the blog we borrow from ? (I've heard that can be done).

5) Building backlinks to my sites.
I have 3 websites now.

6) SEO (search engine optimization). Improving my metatags on my websites; Including efforts to get me 1st pg ranking on Google, or at least pg 2 or 3 in the beginning, then we optimize it gradually to increase pg rank.

7) Adwords: Not a lot to do there, already have my Adwords acct. Google places ads automatically. You would monitor it,make sure they are small vertical ads & in harmony with articles, content. We need to get them on the blog (to be built).

8) Autoresponder Acct: I am growing 2 small lists now and have many follow-up messages I wrote in the system. I need to start a "new list' for people who visit my Real Estate websites. I need someone who can grab articles in Real Estate (the U.S. market)_ and with a short rewrite-paste them into the autoresponder sec. for that list, to create follow-up msgs for that list. I can show you how,this is not hard to learn.

9) Ebook: I need someone who has an excellent command of the english language to [type up an ebook] for me. Not right away, after the summer is over. I have one chap typed that i can send so my worker can see how i want it phrased, and use it as a model to type up the other chapters in Sept, Oct, Nov.

10) E-newsletter: Create and type up an e-newsletter eventually, probably for the Real Estate list. We won't do that right away.maybe start it in Sept.

11) Videos: create a video from time to time to place on youtube, Viddler, may not be my face, may be someone else's.
Video-marketing is BIG TIME. We need to find all ways possible to use them for marketing purposes.

12) Other forms of marketing, driving "traffic' to my websites, social media pgs, etc, to create sales. The more sales, the more I can pay you, myself, etc .It's all relative to the amount of income coming in the door.
I am always ready to hear ideas from anyone working for me (suggestions) and reward them with a Bonus for any idea that makes us more $money.

13) I regret to say I am on a tight budget currently. I wish i had more to pay, but, the economy is terrible here (U.S.).The beginning salary will be low unfortunately, but, for that rare someone who works with me and does a good job (and sales improve due to their efforts) I will be glad to give them a raise as soon as possible. We all need a fat check to live on easier.

14) If you prove yourself a hard, conscientious worker between Augut & Dec, I will train you to help me run my small Real Estate business romr your end. Then, we can both make more money, and, you will learn new skills that are very valuable.
