You will be working with for an innovative health food and vitamins company based in the UK. We fully embrace remote working. Your role is split between day-to-day Amazon Pay Per Click Advertising and FBA administration tasks. You will also work on process improvement by leveraging any technical systems you believe will optimise the business through automation.
This is a great opportunity to develop your skillset as an Amazon PPC expert, to learn high-level marketing and to grow with us in the future in various directions: taking on more responsibility for process improvement and as well as internal work.
Full time/Part Time: This is a full-time role working 40 hrs per week.
Hours: Fairly flexible. 8 hrs per day between the hours of 6am and 9pm UK time.
Location: Remote, work from your own home or office. You must have fast broadband and your own laptop or desktop computer.
Roles and responsibilities
Amazon Pay Per Click campaign set up and management
Amazon listing design
Amazon Enhanced Brand Content
Amazon Inventory management
Amazon FBA general tasks
Making modifications to existing documents based on optimising and automating our systems
Performing data analysis (no complex maths)
Systems you will be using, amongst other potential future systems
Amazon Seller Central
Google Apps (G Suite)
Kanbanflow (for simple project management)
The ideal candidate will:
- Be highly self-motivated
- Be able to manage themselves and their workload and "manage upwards"
- Know when to escalate and when to "just do it"
- Be driven to learn and grow their skills and capacity
- Have a demonstrated capacity and history of "getting things done"
- Constantly look for ways to improve things (and go and do them)
You will likely be familiar with some or all of:
- Amazon PPC marketing tools
- Marketing automation systems
- Microsoft Office & Google Docs
You will likely have a background as one or more of the following:
Amazon PPC specialist
As a freelancer
As a manager in a small-to-mid-sized company
In a business process improvement role
Implementing marketing automation systems
Experience: You will likely have 2+ years of professional experience in order to understand how to manage, execute & improve Amazon PPC marketing processes and the various systems and tools that are out there.
You will primarily be working with the business owner/Director who will be responsible for strategy, systems selection, project prioritisation and business processes. You will need to be comfortable functioning efficiently without requiring micromanagement using strong initiative. You will be honest, trustworthy and will work with integrity.
