Quality Assurance Specilaist

We are a website design and digital marketing agency servicing gym owners.

Specifically we work with owner-operated micro-gym facilities (think yoga studios, strength and conditioning gyms, and bootcamps).

When a gym-owner signs up to use our service, not only do they receive a beautifully designed, conversion-rate optimized website, but they also receive a backend dashboard that can build and manage

-Email marketing automation
-SMS marketing automation
-Appointment scheduling and tracking
-Phone call tracking
-Landing page funnels

We are currently looking for a quality assurance specialist who can conduct quality-control on all of our new client account builds. We need an organized, checklist-obsessed, detailed oriented person who can ensure that our new client websites and marketing automation systems are built to spec before we launch the finished product and show them to our clients.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-Checking url-redirects
-Troubleshooting caching issues
-Checking that leads are put in the correct marketing automation sequences
-Tasks are triggered and notify the proper staff member
-Forms submit correctly
-Pixels are installed correctly
-Contacts are tagged correctly in the CRM
-Google calendars are integrated

The platform/CRM that we use to service our clients is new, but if you have experience using any of the more-popular digital marketing platforms that exist today, then you’ll be able to learn our system in just a couple of hours.

We are looking for people who have experience using:
-Wordpress
-ClickFunnels
-Mailchimp
-ActiveCampaign
-Acuity or ScheduleOnce
-Basecamp

Experience with Facebook Ads, and Infusionsoft is a plus but not required.

Time needed:
10-15hrs / week
