Tailwind for Pinterest and SEO expert

I am looking for a Pinterest Expert to manage a Makeup Pinterest account (Tailwind). The work would require:
- Product Research/Listing For Shopify
- SEO On-page/Off-page
- Scheduling pins via Tailwind
- Increase traffic being driven from Pinterest to the website
- Create Smartloops for popular and seasonal pins (tailwind)

You will paid $3,5 per hour for 15 hours work per week, paid every week. Performance will be tracked by results only, no tracking system.

Please do not answer this advert if you do not have at least two years' experience with both Pinterest and Tailwind, SEO and Shopify. Please outline this experience.
