JOB OVERVIEW

Please take your time! Read through thoroughly.

*Skills Required*:
I’m looking for an artist to quickly and efficiently create engaging thumbnail images for YouTube videos.
You will need to be skilled in 3D/Anime/Cartoon style art.
The thumbnails you create will be used for gaming videos for the upcoming Riot Games: VALORANT so knowledge/interest in gaming is a plus! (but not required.)
You must be able to observe the art style of the game: it’s items, characters and maps. You must be able to use your creativity to create a relevant image combining all of this to convince people to click the video.

Here are links to the “VALORANT” game art style:

*Workload and efficiency requirements*:
This is a very competitive space, I plan to work hard but efficiently and effectively to surpass competition. Whilst I intend to keep your workload light to ensure consistency, I expect you to submit quality work whilst meeting deadlines.

You will be required to create thumbnail images (1280x720) that resemble the art style of the game and are relevant to the content of the video as directed.
You will be required to produce thumbnails quickly and efficiently on a (near) daily basis, each thumbnail image should be great quality but not take long to produce. (I don’t need an illustrious artistic masterpiece, but it needs to look good and not take too long to make.)

*Salary*:
You will be paid monthly at the end of each month.
Percentage & performance based pay are options i’m willing to consider.
As the venture progresses I will be open to increasing pay and giving bonuses.

-I look forward to hearing from you! Please include examples of your work (portfolio,) with your application.
