Virtual Assistant / Sales / Manager

Looking for an entry level Project Management specialist and Virtual Assistant.

Our business is growing slowly but surely. We are a web development business that mainly focus on businesses that outsource their web Upgrade to see actual info order to move forward, I will need someone to help me with some tasks.

1. Virtual Assistant
I will need someone that will assist me with some day-to-day task (answering emails, some phone calls), data entry, research, etc.

2. Sales
I need someone that understand the web development business. Someone who speak good english, can get leads, can meet customer through skype or other videoconferencing if needed (most of the time not needed), and be able to close a sale.

3. Project management.
I will need someone that will assist me with recruitment, mainly here or other Upgrade to see actual infoom sales to IT support and most importantly web developers. So, you must have a great understanding of web dev. You will be someone with a leadership role.

What I search is a right hand and someone I can count on.

I’m asking an entry level because I'll test this person for the first month or two, and then we will discuss a new salary and bonuses depending of Upgrade to see actual infol me what you can offer me, why should I choose you and your experiences.
