We are looking for an E-commerce Specialist to join our team and help manage the day-to-day operations for our online marketplaces.

The E-commerce Specialist’s responsibilities include creating and monitoring new product listings, maintaining spreadsheets, handling customer service inquiries, and merchandizing products to drive traffic and revenue. To be successful in this role, you should have strong writing and editing skills, experience with excel, and be detail oriented.

Ultimately, the E-commerce Specialist will help to grow and maintain our marketplaces.

? Set up new products and oversee product catalog to ensure consistency across all storefronts
? Update listing content for Amazon storefronts, across multiple countries
? Monitor for any changes, infringements, or hijacking on Amazon listings
? Manage customer reviews and handle negative feedback on non-Amazon channels
? Handle customer returns, cancellations, and replacements
? Merchandize new products and listings to drive traffic and revenue
? Identify and recommend opportunities to improve customer experience and conversion rate

? Item setup on all marketplace: You will be involved in setting up our products on Walmart, eBay, Groupon, target and other e-commerce websites. Ensuring that product launches on site are as planned including product imagery and keeping the team aware of any late styles and impact on the business.

? Create and manage cases on marketplace: The E-Commerce Specialist will be
working closely with the Content team, for product catalog planning.

? Online merchandising: Assist with activation and receiving of new products, including categorization and merchandising. The E-Commerce Specialist will maintain all product features to ensure all brands are align with site content in a way that will resonate with our customer in order to drive sales.

? Involvement with Marketing department: Keep marketing in the loop in terms of marketplace readiness. Opening up all e-commerce channels. Creating all listings on appropriate channels including updating content, images, etc., categories etc. as
nzujfo. Vcwmunicate with marketing (and all other necessary departments) regarding channels and listings that are ready for marketing.

? Account health: Making sure feedback is at (98%) or above. Coordinating with necessary departments such as Customer Service and Warehouse if there are issues with the metrics in those departments. Making sure all warnings and emails are read and messages given over to the proper department.

? Maintain all listings: The E-Commerce Specialist should make sure that any Amazon issue such as msds, hazmat, etc. is being taken care of, any Amazon listings issues such as categories, variations, images, descriptions etc. are being taken care of. Ensure that all listings are optimized and cleared of issues across all mvhedikm. Ielmunicate

? Solid writing and editing experience required
? E-Commerce experience
? Proficient technology skills, including in MS Excel
? Experience with Inventory files
? Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
? Basic knowledge of SEO concepts
? Experience with customer service
? Experience with troubleshooting issues for storefronts
? Good problem-solving abilities

? A four-year degree is essential in marketing, communication, eCommerce or
related field with an emphasis on digital marketing

? Windows Operating System 8 or higher
? Wired DSL Internet connection with minimum 5MBPS
? Back up for power outages and internet interruptions
