Acquisition Manager

Live Oak House Buyers is growing our team! We are hiring an Acquisitions Manager to partner with clients to drive adoption, manage business processes, and grow our business. This role is a balance of individual work within a highly collaborative team. You will be working directly with clients to maintain and grow existing relationships and will identify expansion opportunities with the goal of achieving negative net churn.

You’re good at:
? Negotiation
? Understanding Human Psychology
? Follow Up
? Getting Contracts Signed. Converting Leads to Deals
? Real Estate Property Valuations and Estimates
? Logistical Coordination in our market for on appointments
? Multi-Tasking (Appointments, phone calls etc)

? You have experience in Residential Real Estate Acquisitions and know our Market
? Looking to always Learn New Sales Strategies and absorb new content


What you’ll do

As an Acquisitions Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

? Converting Seller Leads into Signed Contracts
? Following up with Seller Leads Over the phone
? Updating and managing Follow Ups inside of CRM
? Taking Pictures of Subject Properties while on appointments
? Updating CRM with notes, next actions, and pictures

What you’ll need

The following experience is relevant to us:

? At least 1 year of experience in Business to Consumer Sales. (John Martinez advocates its ok to have non real estate people as AM’s)
? Smartphone and Laptop Storage for Taking and Uploading pictures
? Experience in working with CRM B2C tool
