If you’re an expert on Facebook ads - I mean a real expert, not just an occasional user, we want to hear from you!

- You’ll be joining an existing team of 10 full-time Philippines staff and 8 full-time UK staff. Specifically, you’ll work with a full-time Google Ads manager and SEO engineer both based in the Philippines and a content manager based in the UK. Of course, you’ll be working remotely from your home but with the power of technology, you’ll have frequent team calls with the marketing team to ensure joined-up strategies.

- You’ll experience genuine trust and autonomy and finally be able to grow into your true potential in a role that allows you to be the expert, not just do what you’re told to do.

- You get to decide your own working times - Philippines or UK or even your own personal timezone! So long as there are times when you can join meetings with the UK team.

- We don’t track your time or ask you to check-in and we don’t ask for screenshots of your work. We care about your outcomes.

- You’ll receive a salary of 60,000 PHP to begin rising as you prove yourself.

- You’ll have opportunities to earn performance-related bonuses based on achieving key outcomes.

- You’ll be paid twice-monthly without fail and never late!

- You’ll get 25 days paid annual leave and a reasonable level of sick pay for those unexpected days you can’t work.

- After 6 months of proving yourself, you’ll get Philippines health care insurance.

WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU

- You’re someone who has been immersed in Facebook advertising for a number of years and understand it inside out, including its latest opportunities and applications.

- You can build and manage multiple campaigns including lead gen ads, web visits, video ads and more and continuously test and improve them.

- You can build out sales-funnel process from Facebook, working with our web developer and content manager to pull together the most effective flow to acquire quality leads.

- You can create genuinely useful and productive audiences and ensure that ads are targeted appropriately to them.

- You understand marketing and not just the technical aspects of Facebook and so can contribute to the discussions on how to improve our marketing.

- You have imagination, flair and creativity and you enthusiastically develop and share ideas that make us the very best at what we do. You’re not just someone who does what they're told or who just wants to rinse and repeat tactics and ads.

- You’re someone who revels in autonomy and the ability to problem-solve yet you also enjoy being part of a bigger team and connecting your efforts to other parts of our marketing.

- You enjoy experimentation and know-how to measure the success or failure of your ideas.

- You read and learn voraciously so that you’re always on top of the latest developments.
