Looking for Google Adwords Specialist- Require A/B Split Testing

I am looking for a qualified freelancer to implement Google AdWords for. You must be able to set up landing pages, do an A/B split testing campaign, and be able to track and account for your efforts.

We are looking for someone over the next few days/week as we have a company that we will need to plan and run their ad campaign. We are only focused on a few Upgrade to see actual info will be important to do split A/B testing before the company pumps up the volume and wants to do more with their ad spend
