Freight Booking Company - Sales

An Australian freight and logistic broker is looking for an energetic sales/customer service person who had experience with promoting domestic freight services to new and existing customers.

Role:
* Follow up customer quotes and convert quotes to bookings by contacting customer via both phone and email.
* Manage relationships with freight companies so the right goods are delivered/ received in the right place, at the right time, and for the right price.
* Manage customer complaints and disputes.

The job is on the phone speaking with English Speaking customers and supplier most of the day so excellent verbal and written English is required.

Working hours 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday, Sydney Australia Time. 10 days paid holidays plus 10 days public holidays.

* Must have super fast internet at least 20Mb/s.
* Must have at least 2+ years of experience in transport industry.
* Must have 3+ years experience handling phone calls and customer enquires.
* Must have exceptional organisational skills plus excellent customer services mindset and capabilities
* Must be able to work under pressure and to tight deadline
* Must have strong attention to details.
* Must be punctual and work as a team
* Must be able to use email and Skype
