JOB OVERVIEW

Tasks include personal virtual assistant tasks like making calls, reasearching, etc etc along with
work will include calling insurance companies, doing data entry, following up on claims status,accounting, submitting claims online, calling insurance companies to track claims and do accounts receivable and inventories, as well as virtual assistant tasks of any kind such as calling credit card companies, making reservations, calling to inquire regarding cases, following up on different issues, etc etc. Polite and good english manners and skills are required, as well as patience in dealing with hold times and with at times with agents as well. You will definitely need a high quality laptop with excellent internet speed and connections, headphones, and a webcam. You will also need to make international calls to insurance companes in the usa but this will be paid for by the company you will not be required to pay for this but you will be required to have your own laptop and high speed internet connections along with the following apps installed on your laptop: skype, zoom, dropbox and gmail as well as google drive and google docs, along with microsoft office. You must also have or sign up for a paypal account because that is the way you will get paid either every 2 weeks or monthly depending upon what we agree upon. Position starts at 20 hours weekly.
