Project Manager/Customer Service For Managing Fiverr Orders For My Outsourcing Agency

Hi all, I hope you guys are doing good.

I run a service agency that edits video ads for Upgrade to see actual info is currently a 2-4 hour job and as time goes on will transition to a full time job. I currently have 2 fulltime employee who works fulltime to fulfil his gig. Please include the word 'blue' in your job listing so I know you read this whole application haha.

I am looking for somebody who can build manage the team, upload order information to Trello and send the deliveries to customers once the video editors have finished editing, customer service with contacting/messaging customers. Pretty much order processing and project management.

, I estimate it that you would work in blocks of 5 for maximum efficiency. Because every few hours you would have to check Fiverr to follow out the jobs I listed above, like replying to customers etc. So the work schedule would be something below (it's flexible just the main importance is that the work is spaced out throughout the day...

10am-11am #1
2.30pm-3pm #2
5.30pm-5.50pm #3
8.00pm-8.45pm #4
11.15pm-12am #5

Some requirements are the following...
- Must have perfect English
- Must be friendly
- Must be able to send deliveries ASAP
- Work spaced out throughout the day
- Be able to reply to customer support messages quickly, so maybe have the app installed on your phone so you can quickly reply ASAP.
- Must be able to take intuitive (Upgrade to see actual infot asking me questions all the time)
- Must be an efficient and fast worker.
- Must not have many power outages/wifi problems since we need to send deliveries daily.
