JOB OVERVIEW

We are a short-term property management/rental company (Airbnb, etc) needing to hire an experienced bookkeeper who is FLUENT IN ENGLISH to handle the following responsibilities:

- Track revenues and expenses, create budget reports, and other typical bookkeeping tasks
- Must have excellent understanding of finance/accounting, and experience creating and interpreting financial statements
- Must be highly skilled in MS Excel and Word, Google Spreadsheets, Google Docs
- Prior experience with QuickBooks is extremely helpful
- Other responsibilities to be assigned as needed.

This bookkeeping position only requires about 20 hours/week. However if you also have experience/skills in other areas, we are open to hiring someone full-time to handle both the bookkeeping and also help with Customer Service, Housekeeping Staff Scheduling/Management, Researching/Finding new properties for us to host, Researching/Finding new guests/clients for us, and other various work.
