JOB OVERVIEW

We put on events at various locations in the US and Europe and since the pandemic, we have had to cancel our events and move to a strictly virtual model. We have decided that we can use Livestreaming to keep our events live. Here is what we are trying to do and here is what we need from you:
1. we will have multiple contributors who are part of the livestream as either keynote speakers or panel experts who will be part of each livestream.
2. each livestream event will have, on average two keynote speakers and two panels each with one moderator and three experts on the panel.
3. each person will use their computer hookup with computer video and mic to log into our livestream platform to be part of the livestream event.
4. you'll help us set up and manage this process for each event. You'll run the entire thing.

You need to understand:
1. how to set up this entire process and make recommendations as to which platform we need to be on and what additional technology we need in order to have a flawless event.
2. advise on how to connect event contributor computer cameras and mics to livestream platform
3. how to manage the event as each person is talking to click over to their camera for the audience to see them speak
4. finally we need your help connecting all the social media accounts to the platform for the simulcast to multiple social media accounts.

We can pay $400 to $1000 for this each month. Experience required
