General VA

Responsibilities:

Respond to emails and phone calls
Schedule meetings
Book travel and accommodations
Manage a contact list
Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records
Organize managers’ calendars
Perform market research
Create presentations, as assigned
Address employees’ administrative queries
Taking down minutes of meetings
Creating basic reports (reports on weekly tasks, deliverables, sales)

Qualifications:

Experience using communication tools
Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling
Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Proficient at managing multiple projects and able to organize, prioritize and structure workload
Ability to communicate in English; both written and conversation

Responsibilities:

Research content
Create a content calendar
Create content
Find and edit images for social media posts
Curate posts from other blogs and social media channels

Write copy for social media posts

Monitor campaign results

Qualifications:

Public relations/social media experience managing campaigns and analytics
Keen Sense of consumer trends
Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tool knowledge
Experience in writing, editing, creating and leading content for social media outlets
Must be creative, organize and able to multitask
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Experience with website analytics
Good understanding of graphic design concepts and process is a plus

Responsibilities:
Set-up, manage, execute and analyze campaigns and budgets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to keep spend optimized for sales growth while hitting strict ROI goals.
Launching and overseeing campaigns. Implement and measure results of A/B testing for both creatives and campaign targeting to optimize for Upgrade to see actual infotermining campaign targets
Perform regular tracking and analysis on the performance of each campaign. Prepare and deliver performance reports identifying successes and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:
Familiarity with Direct-to-Consumer marketing preferred

Comfortable with basic image editing using Photoshop

Gives necessary reports to the supervisor or manager
Ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction
