OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a resourceful, imaginative, energetic, and flexible – even in the face of deadlines and budget pressure – professional. Advertising is constantly changing – working with our research and media buying teams, you’ll be learning marketing strategy concepts, as well as aligning and contributing to our strategies and vision.

The ideal candidate is extremely passionate in marketing and branding, taking ownership of a project from pre-production through post-production. You create with purpose and intention, always brainstorming and developing new ideas to create captivating content.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Knowledge of the best ways to grab a viewer’s attention, and how to tell a powerful brand story in as little time as possible.
-Meticulous eye for details and design.
-Self-starter who can work in a fast-paced environment with little guidance.
-Strong communication skills and the ability to give and receive critical feedback.
-Ability to work within a small team structure independently with minimal supervision.

YOUR SKILLS:
-At least 1 year experience editing and creating creative assets for ad platforms such as Facebook, Pinterest, Snapchat, Youtube, etc.
-Lightning fast on Final Cut Pro / Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; motion graphics knowledge a plus.
-Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
-Development of video assets, including the editing of existing videos, adding graphic overlays to stock videos, and custom videos.
