JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a talented and experienced Paid Search Specialist to join our team! You must have at least 3 years’ experience with Upgrade to see actual info this role you will be responsible for a portfolio of our client's pay-per-click campaigns in Google Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing, Gmail, Video, Shopping ) from strategy, build, management, optimisation and reporting.

The successful applicant must be proactive in management, keep up to date with new developments in the PPC space and always be looking for new tactics and strategies to test.

Key responsibilities will include:
* Providing end-to-end SEM/PPC management, optimisation and digital strategy
* Provide strategic recommendations on landing pages/clients websites to support the advertising campaign and maximise the potential of the success of the campaign
* Write persuasive direct response ad copy that engages & sells with high QS (and constantly be testing new ad copy)
* We run a lot of display. Building industry-specific white and blacklists will be part of the role.
* Ongoing testing and optimisation of ad copy, targeting and bid strategies
* budget management.
* end of month reporting - inc. Identifying and delivering useable insights as well as tactical recommendations
* Accountability for the quality and profitable delivery of campaigns.


Your Experience & Skills
• At least 3 years’ experience with SEM/PPC inc. strong display experience.
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience with shopping and Google Grant campaign nice to have but not a deal-breaker.
• Australian experience is nice but not a deal braeker
• Strong written English
• Google Ads certified
• Data-driven decision making - must know how what data to look at to diagnose problems in an account, how to interpret the data and make decisions on it.
• Strong work ethic and a desire to learn (will be required to listen to a weekly podcast to understand the style of PPC management the agency implements better)
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
