We are an online media company based in Hong Kong. We are looking to hire a self-motivated individual to support our team and websites under our group.
The ideal candidate will have graphic design skills, a good eye for design, good English writing skills, digital and social media savvy. We love it if you have previous digital marketing coordination experience, understanding of online ad formats and work process with regards to digital campaigns and update of websites.
You must be well organized, articulate and self-motivated.
Responsibilities
- Graphic design, photo editing
- Good English written skills
- Manage website update and social media
- Newsletter creation and database management
- Work with sales team to coordinate client’s advertising
campaign, advertising materials, scheduling and
reporting
- Conduct market research, coordinate online marketing
campaigns, market research, surveys and events
- Provide administrative and sales follow-up support,
office operation matters, and other ad hoc duties as
assigned
Requirements:
- Prefer candidates with 1-2 years experience graphic
designer, office administrative, secretarial experience or
marketing and sales support experience
- Internet savvy, university or college graduate with above
skill-sets can apply too
- Proficient in following software - Photoshop, Excel,
Keynote, Facebook, Instagram, Pintrest
- Professional work ethics, responsible and reliable
- Detail-oriented, well organized, hardworking and able to
work independently and responsible about deadlines
- Excellent command of English - written
