Job description: USA employer is expanding and needs to hire, great pay + bonuses. We are looking for someone with good basic skills and are very hard working, willing to learn and be a part of our team. We are a great company to work for and appreciate our staff. We reward good quality work. We are looking for someone who has already worked online in the past as a virtual assistant. The candidate MUST possess good article writing skills AND have social media experience. Please remit at least two ORIGINAL articles that you have written for our review. Please save your time and ours if you are not competent in writing original articles and posting via WordPress - do not apply (thank you). Page building and SEO experience is a plus. Please note: you do NOT have to be a programmer or expert in WordPress, just a little knowledge such as adding a WordPress plugins or adding new pages and posts is fine. Minimal experience with Photoshop is ok. Social media skills and SEO is a Big Plus. Once again - strong article writing skills is paramount as this is a lot of what you will be doing for us. We are very happy to offer training as long as you have the basic online skills. What is most important to us is a positive attitude, dependable and trustworthy.?

Requirements:
*Stable Direct Internet access - at least access to 3G
* MUST have Laptop (can still work in brownouts)

Please Note: I am a good boss who truly appreciates their staff when they possess a positive attitude and have a willingness to learn.

The job will consist of: 60-70% social marketing & article writing w/ 30-40% SEO, web pages (not design, just a little photoshop), property offerings, single page one-offs, trolling for new client contacts, email marketing etc.

*3 Month Trial Period - permanent position offered based upon performance?*20 hours per week to start and 40-50 hours per week within one month based upon your success & performance?*Daily Email Updates Required?*Paid weekly through Paypal -- work Mon-Sun, pay on Wed?*Bonuses given for exemplary work & effort (money, tablets, laptops, vacations, etc) ?*IDEAL work time is within this timeframe of: 9am to 5pm PST?
