JOB OVERVIEW

Firestone Consulting Group (FCG) is seeking a lead generation specialist to help set appointments for new business and build long-term relationships online. To allow our leadership team to focus on growing the firm and acquiring new clients we are looking for that sales superstar, who can set appointments and set us up for ultimate success. This individual should be highly motivated, creative, a self-starter and have a keen eye for detail.

We would like to start with a part-time role (approximately 20 hours per month), if we can show growth and success we’d like to move to a full-time Upgrade to see actual info is important for us to find the right individual that will be part of our team and share the same values for helping our clients succeed at the same time growing our business. At FCG we are firm believers in rewarding the team members that help us achieve our goals for growth and Upgrade to see actual infocentives for this lead gen position can include an increased number of hours, wage increase, and performance bonuses. Below is a list of the required skills and responsibilities for this position:
Discover new prospects through our paid sites such as LinkedIn sales navigator
Use emails or LinkedIn messages to reach out to prospects
Enter prospects using specific qualifications and enter data accurately and consistently
Research abilities for general prospecting
Strong understanding of sales automation
Great English
Working knowledge of LinkedIn automation software
Working knowledge of a CRM (Apptivo)
Amazing follow-up skills
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in the B2B or B2C lead generation industry would be helpful
Strong Excel, PPT and Word skills, CRM experience is desirable
Must be very flexible and versatile
Self-starter; able to work and stay motivated
Possess time management skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize projects
Able to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision
Quick problem-solver with a sense of urgency
