Real Estate Assistant

I am looking for someone who can generate leads for me in the United States. I'm looking for motivated sellers in the United States so I can do wholesale deals. Social Media Marketing is one strategy I would like to incorporate, as well as any other marketing experience that can help generate leads. I am also looking to advertise to find Joint Venture partners to fund the money/hold the mortgage for real estate deals. Also looking to get help with comps, ARV calculation, calculated offers, etc if possible.

***Responsibilities Include***
- Receiving inbound sales calls, making outbound calls - Screening buyer, seller leads daily
- Running comparable sales
- Coordination with closing attorney/closing company
- Data entry into Excel
- Manage direct mail campaigns
