Facebook Media/Ad Buyer

Description: We are a small but fast growing online marketing and media buying agency located in Austin, TX USA looking for a Virtual Assistant who can help us stay on top of our operations by helping us run campaigns on Facebook. You need to be someone that we can both rely on and trust.

About you: Your organizational skills should be second nature. You have good and clear communication skills and tons of common sense. You’re an extremely quick learner and can work to a high level under minimal supervision. You have strong computer literacy skills and can follow directions very carefully and efficiently. You have experience running online marketing campaigns. You’re a strong team player as you will be a very important part of our team.

Responsibilities
Communicate daily with our local office operations team through skype and stay on top of tasks that need to be completed daily.

You will be provided with detailed instructions on what ads/campaigns will be run, but you must be able to manage your workflow yourself to suit your needs.

We need you to work 40 hours a week and track your hours through Hubstaff. Your working hours must be around 3pm-11pm CST (GMT -6).... This is ~5am-1pm Philippine time and will be ~4am-12pm Philippine time after the US has Daylight Savings Time.

Ideal Qualifications
Strong and reliable internet connection
Strong written English grammar
Very organized and can follow directions extremely precisely (THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT)
You must have a high level of common sense and can work with minimal supervision (VERY IMPORTANT)
Strong familiarity using google suite (sheets/docs/etc)
Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager (creating and running campaigns, using pixels, targeting)
Familiarity or a desire of learning how to use technical things such as proxies, VPNs, nameservers etc.
If you know basic HTML/CSS this is a plus!

There will be a 2 week paid trial period in which we can gauge if you are a good fit for our team. We are looking for people who are willing to work with us for the longer term as our company grows.
