JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for someone to fill the position of Digital Marketing Specialist for our online US-Based software company working with real estate agents. We want someone who has the motivation, commitment and the skills to make the most of this opportunity. Someone who makes a personal commitment to giving top-quality, consistent performance because that’s just who they are. You must driven and able to work on your own.

Our company is NOT looking for temporary workers who bounce from job to job. We’re working hard to become a market leader in this industry and we’re still growing. The only thing we need is more professional, amazing people to grow with us. We’re looking for a personable professional with a mind for business and an attitude for getting things done as a Digital Marketing Specialist.

The hours for this job are super awesome. You will work during the hours of 2pm - 8pm CST (-5 GMT) Monday through Thursday. This is a telecommute job where you work from your own home in your casual clothes, but we'll all be connected together via Slack, Zoom, and other software programs.

Since we are a small start-up team, you'll not only be working with digital marketing, but you'll occasionally be chipping in to help with customer support/live chat as needed.

Tasks of this position include:
- Working with the CEO to prepare a digital marketing strategy to use.
- Customer service interaction via live chat on our website and email. Occasional follow-up on the telephone is needed.
- Editing video and launching it on our social media channels.
- Uploading and organizing our weekly podcasts.
- Creating and updating social media
- Managing social media communities.
- Writing blog post articles.
- Helping keep our CRM databases clean
- Delivering a WOW customer experience for multiple softwares.
- ....and much more!

What you need:
- A desire to interact with customers and provide quality service
- The ability to adapt to change and meet challenges
- Reliability, integrity and responsibility
- Must be proficient with video editing, audio editing, creative writing, social media and more.
- Great English skills are required
- Great writing skills are required
- Project management & great organization skills needed
- Must be a fast learner and motivated person.
- A high-speed Internet connection
- Computer/Internet experience and skills
