Head of Recruiting / Hiring / HR needed for high growth startup!

Our new business is taking off and we’re looking for a very hard worker to join our team as the business grows!

Your role will start as our head of recruitment / recruitment manager, working directly with the CEO to hire our head of marketing, and then you will be tasked with building systems to ensure we can keep up with hiring and training requirements as the business continues its rapid expansion!

As the business continues to grow, you’ll have the opportunity to take on more tasks and will increasingly be required to use your initiative to find creative solutions to the situations a growing business faces.
