Assistant Community Manager

Content Collection :
- Monitor all content in which the brand is tagged by users including stories, and in feed photos.
- Save video files of tagged stories, and the photo assets of tagged in feed photos daily
- Upload and sort downloaded content into relevant folders on dropbox


Inbox Management :
- Monitor the brand’s instagram inbox and escalate accordingly
• Open unread messages in both primary and general folders. If there is no response needed, leave as is. If ANY response is required (tagged story, question, sent information, etc) flag the conversation for further review.
- Check DM requests. If there is any response required, flag for review.
