JOB OVERVIEW

Hi, you have the chance to work with a friendly Australian service company. Great hours, work during Manilla day time. We are looking for an all-round VA to help with admin tasks, job/employee management and payroll.

Job Description:
- Payroll processing
- Setting up new jobs in our job management app
- Daily checking of job status and employee timesheets
- Online research to find contact information (name, job title, email, phone) of sales leads to maintain a database
- Place orders via email to suppliers
- Schedule jobs

Qualifications and Requirements
• Great with computers / tech / apps (we need a fast learner that is good with technology)
• Bachelor preferably Accountancy or any business-related courses
• Work during local hours, starting off at 20 hours per week and moving to full time for the right candidate.
• Preferably with experience in Australian payroll and experience using Xero
• Reliable computer, internet connection, USB headset, LAN cable connection not WiFi
• High attention to detail is mandatory.

Benefits and Pay:
• Salary Php 33,000/mo, 20 hours per week; after 2-week probation period
• 13-month pay
• Daytime (Philippine) work hours
• Paid PH Public holidays
