Experienced Bookkeeper (Long Term Position)

Our Expectations:

As the company's Bookkeeper, your role is to make sure the executive team has accurate financial details to make critical decisions. Being part of our team would mean you must uphold the highest standards of integrity and accountability in all of your actions.

Job Role:

-Record day to day financial transactions.
-Bring the books to the trial balance stage.
-Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
-Reconcile all invoices and investigate discrepancies
-Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
-Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying requirements; enforcing adherence to requirements; filing reports; advising management on needed actions.

Key Qualifications:

Understands and applies U.S. GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles for companies in the USA)
Must be an expert with Xero, no exceptions
Minimum of 6 years experience in US accounting, or bookkeeping - Must be an expert, no exceptions
Fluent in English: written & speaking (minimal accent)
Full time & ability to work hours in the United States (PST) when needed. As long as we can speak when needed between 1 pm - 5 pm PST when we need to (especially at first), you can work PH day hours.
Ability to work with minimal supervision
High attention to detail
Work from home or any virtual location with stable and fast internet
